The Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services (LISGIS) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for supply and installation of assorted office equipment.
Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Request for Bids
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:00 a.m on 2 nd September 2022. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 11:00 a.m. on 2nd September 2022.
The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$50.00 to ECOBANK A/C #: 6101744972, Name: HISWA/LISGIS. The method of payment will be cash deposit. Hard Copy of the bidding document will be issued upon receipt of the original deposit slip and the written letter of application.
