LISGIS now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services (LISGIS) has received funds from the Government of Liberia through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Guard and Security Services.
The Duration of the Service is for 12 Months
The consulting services include
I. Provide guards who are in their proper uniforms or, in the case of the supervising guards, formally attired, as per requirements of LISGIS
II. Making sure that all guards remain courteous to all employees and guests to protect the proper image of LISGIS
III. Ensuring that all unauthorized persons are kept out of guarded premises
IV. Be responsible for compliance to all government regulations in connection with the performance of its contractual obligation to the Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services
V. Conduct security assessment on the premises of LISGIS and provide expert security and safety advice to LISGIS’ administration relative to protection of staff and assets of LISGIS;
VI. Provide monthly or quarterly reports to the Administration of LISGIS; VII. Any other related consulting services
LISGIS now invites eligible consulting firms ,Consultants, to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The evaluation criteria are:
The security firm should be registered with the Government of Liberia and certificated by the Ministry of Justice to operate private security firm within the Republic of Liberia;
The firm should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in security services especially to public agency/ministry;
The firm should have no pending criminal litigation (a certificate from a court of records is required);
The firm must have served government/public agency/ministry in the last two years;
Current Tax clearance Certificate;
The firm must be currently registered on the PPCC Vendor Registry;
The firm must have current Business Registration Certificate with code (N8010); and
The firm shall furnish information and list of clients for whom similar services have been provided in last three (3) years
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section 69, paragraph 4 of the PPC Act, 2005, as amended and restated in 2010 .
The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultant’s Qualification Selection CQS method set out in the PPC Act, 2005, as amended and restated in 2010. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 09:00 to 17:00 hours
