INFORMATION SYSTEM WORKSHOP

A five-day workshop, which brought together senior and middle Managers of the Institution, organized by the department of Information Technology LISGIS, is ongoing in the training hall of the Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services.

The objective of the workshop is to pursue both the middle and senior management of LISGIS so that the institution can systematically align both the strategy and the operation of LISGIS with ICT.

The workshop is expected to produce the following outcomes;

1. That all stakeholders contribute to the development and success of LISGIS information system using the strategy elements for LISGIS and ICT,

2. LISGIS to have a dissemination tools that will disseminate self-explanatory information (structured and detail reference information) to the public
