The Government of Liberia, Through the Liberia Institute of Statistics and Geo-Information Services (LISGIS), has received funding from the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (UNFAO) for the Integration of the Women's Empowerment and Nutrition (WEN) questionnaire proposed by the UNFAO in the Annual Agriculture Production Survey 2024 and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the financing for Audit Consulting services for the project.

Procurement opportunities are publicly advertised through the LISGIS website, national newspapers and other approved procurement platforms.
Interested firms submit sealed bids or proposals before the stated closing date and time in accordance with the bidding instructions.
Submitted bids are opened in accordance with procurement regulations, ensuring transparency and proper documentation.
Evaluation committees review technical and financial proposals using predefined evaluation criteria stated in the bidding documents.
